de-worming, chicken fights, and the new ross king
Earlier today we took about a 2 and a half hour drive to a seaside village. It was a place that was just such a diamond in the rough.

The vegetation and the ocean were beautiful, the people and children as well. We took some supplies and de-worming pills to hand out and they treated us and worshipped the Lord in our presence with some Haitian worship songs.
Breath-taking.

We also got to walk down to the beach, where we loved the children by playing with them in the ocean, finding shells, and enjoying the sun.
Fresh watermelon tastes way more refreshing when you eat it with these kids.

So, boys being boys, they decided to teach the kids a new water game. Children and chicken fights are a magnificent combination.

Ross got to share with them how God came to this earth as a man and loves all of us and proclaimed real life to them, even now.
He also passed on the legacy to a beautiful little boy.

Tomorrow, we will start working on the rooftop vegetable garden on top of the boy’s home. Pray that He gives us endurance and joy in the Son. I love our King – I can’t wait to see what He has in store.
